Orphan Fund allocations

This week we publish figures of income and expenses as at end January 2012, when the latest quarterly allocations were made.

The table shows figures for the past three months. Money came from:

Anonymous donations

The Ballito Open Golf day raised R28,950.00.

Durban Symphonic Choir Christmas concert at All Souls in Umhlali raised R11,245.00

Ledbury Parish in England donated R9,000.00

Ashton College Debutants of 2011 contributed R2,500.00 of the monies they raised.

The Christmas Fair once again generously gave the Fund R15,000.00.

The North Coast Courier’s second Soles for Souls campaign was once again very successful, this time largely due to an anonymous donation of R21,500.00 which added to the rest of the donations received and second hand shoes supplied allowed us to supply shoes for 265 children.
